Thumbs down on Rhona Sutton bracelets

Ordered 4 mens' bracelets from this shop, received an empty envelope. Checked on line and they were sold out. Went on line with Macy's and they refunded the full amount. Major points for Macy's but I wouldn't even bother even looking at Rhona Sutton products again.
