Wrong twice!

I ordered a stainless steel St Christopher men's necklace. I received a stainless steel lion's head pendant. I called and asked for the correct order and they again sent me another Lions pendant. I called Macy's and they refunded my money not sure why they couldn't send the correct order now I have to go find it somewhere else I'm very disappointed
