I purchased this last year, and the zipper broke day before my flight

We have had this suitcase and the next size smaller as a set for one year. We probably use them 1X per month. Both of the exterior zippers are broken, with the larger one being completely unusable. The inside zipper also broke on this size, making it impossible to keep items organized. Nice looking suitcases, but unfortunately the worst zippers I have ever come across on a suitcase.

Chain broke after just 1 trip, would not recommend.

Ordered this luggage and was going to order another piece when I noticed it causes cancer. Make sure you click on the warning hazard near product. They try and hide its at the very bottom on product information. Will be returning.

Very nice suitcase but my first time using it, the zipper split and it definitely wasn't full for it to split that easily.

Very cute luggage. It rolls smoothly, the design is eye catching and the compartments are great.
