Poor design

Overall the carry-on was no different from a regular carry-on. The dimensions were good. What they don't tell you is the the plate on front for no reason is bolted in the back with a huge bracket that takes space away from storage. What an idiot who designed this carry on.

The best suitcase I've ever owned

First off the locking mechanism on this is awesome! The wheels are super smooth and spins great and the handle extends tall enough for me. There's a separation screen inside with pouches for organizing. I like the outside not being fabric but the plastic could be harder. I think it could be the flexibility might be an upside while traveling. I used this to put in my fragile knickknacks while moving recently and everything held up perfectly. It's decently spacious. I could probably fit in a week worth of clothes and that's as a very indecisive lady.
