packaging not adequate.

These may be great wineglasses, but they were shipped in a box with no packaging so they arrived shattered with little pieces of glass falling out of the shipping box. When I returned them in store, I was told this happens a lot when you order stemware online -- it's not packaged appropriately. They don't carry them in my local Macy's, but given my experience and the comment of the Macy's employee, I won't risk ordering online again.
