Comfortable

Ordered these in black. I love the quilted design. I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear and they fit as I find with this brand, they run a little small and pretty narrow.

Terrible shoes and terrible customer service

I tried to return the shoes to Macy's in the return window. They told me I had to return them directly to the 3rd party vendor. I messaged the vendor, and they told me to go to Macy's. The 30-day window closed and neither party would do anything for me. Do not buy from Macy's 3rd party vendors. It is a nightmare to do the return- If you are even allowed to do the return!

Don’t buy from Rag Company. Never again will I purchase any shoes from them. And they won’t refund you. I had to take other measures to get my money back.

Never Received but was charged

DO NOT BUY FROM this RAG… They’ll just take your money as they have done with mine. I work extremely hard and long days and all I was trying to do is buy myself nice work shoes. My tracking shows delivered but I never got them. I need you to refund me PLEASE!! you clearly steal peoples hard earned money and think it’s ok… And Macys, you’re just as bad for partnering up with a company that has a horrible reputation and does not deliver effective results. I have read other reviews on other shoes and people have had the same issue.
