Not Properly Made

Received this & thought the ridges in it were from being packaged so tightly. The ridges haven't gone away & have now realized that the won't ever go away, as the cooling filling is doubled up on itself & there's a 2 foot wide section that runs the whole length of the pad that has NO cooling center in it, as it's all sewn back on itself & causing the ridges. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to contact or way to reach this manufacturer at all - buyer beware!!
