Sleep Yoga Knee Pillow

I never expected that I would feel better with the new yoga pillow for sleeping. It helps to relax my body and knee and there is no hip pain or discomfort. It is like a magic pillow.

Pain reducing Yoga pillow

This pillow really helped my hip and lower back pain. It was soft and very comfortable to sleep with. It can be used for a side sleeper placing the pillow between the legs keeping the hips even, or under the knees if you are a back sleeper. I wake up more rested and pain free with this pillow. I would highly recommend for anyone with low back or hip discomfort.

I was expecting a larger pillow. Nice at first but then became flat. Do not waste your money.
