This is a large size.

The large inserts make my boobs look amazing. They didn't help me fill my bra. I'm getting married this weekend and I was nervous as my dress has padding. I lost a lot of breast muscle and as a result my dress is small in the breast area.

I didn't know how much my boobs sweat.

They're gross when you take them off after wearing them all day. I forget to wear them once they are on. They do a good job.

Increased cup size.

I would suggest only wearing an underwire bra for added support and that they could slide down out of a bra.

It was a great fit.

When I want my girls to look alive, I put these in my bras. I love that they stay warm with body heat. They protect the nipple well and are great for those nights when you forget a jacket.

It's a great solution for odd sizes.

I had surgery on the side that was already smaller and had one side at least a cup size smaller. As a smaller insert did, this works to even things out.

It was a perfect substitute for the wedding dress.

I used the bra inserts to fill out my wedding dress. No bra was needed. The girls were pushed up to make sure they were tough. I would be falling out if I put them in a bra.

I've tried positioning them differently in bras and tried different bras, but they just make my boobs look weird.
