So many mistakes

Mine is a long story. Quality is good on this pillow. I originally ordered this in a navy with white trim and was so pleased I ordered a second pillow. It was shipped in Gray. I sent it back. Looked again and navy was out of stock. This year I saw it in stock and again ordered a navy, and a grey was sent. Sent it back and they tried sending me a navy. Both times I sent it back the barcode and paperwork were a different code than what was on the pillow tag. Third time, the pillow was a pale navy almost a gray, not vibrant and had beige trim, not a white and again the tag did not match the online tag that was needed to pull it up at both the person at Macy's and online. I've given up. Returns were easy with Macy's but such a hassle to either mail back or go in person and time consuming. I have not lost my confidence in Macy's but this product has so many mistakes, I'm beginning to wonder....

Perfect pillow

The pillow is just what the gray sofa in the guesthouse needed. This pillow is a quality item and very cute. It was a good value too.
