I love this pillow ! I got it for my nursery glitter and support my back very well. It’s a nice little pillow. It came very well wrapped so it didn’t get damaged

I like the stripes on this pillow. The firmness of it is also good, not too soft so it doesn't provide support, and not too firm. I use it in bed and on the couch

So many mistakes
Mine is a long story. Quality is good on this pillow. I originally ordered this in a navy with white trim and was so pleased I ordered a second pillow. It was shipped in Gray. I sent it back. Looked again and navy was out of stock. This year I saw it in stock and again ordered a navy, and a grey was sent. Sent it back and they tried sending me a navy. Both times I sent it back the barcode and paperwork were a different code than what was on the pillow tag. Third time, the pillow was a pale navy almost a gray, not vibrant and had beige trim, not a white and again the tag did not match the online tag that was needed to pull it up at both the person at Macy's and online. I've given up. Returns were easy with Macy's but such a hassle to either mail back or go in person and time consuming. I have not lost my confidence in Macy's but this product has so many mistakes, I'm beginning to wonder....
