Cream eyeshadow tube difficult to use

No matter how carefully I squeeze the cream eyeshadow tube, the product squirts out and keeps squirting. I have already lost so much product and have only recently started using it. This will deter me from purchasing in the future.

Hello! The eyeshadow is gorgeous, I love it. But the packaging is awful!!!! Both times that I used it, the minute you remove the cap, the product shoots out of the tube and by the time you're able to get the cap back on, you've wasted a significant amount of product, which is a shame, since this is a high end eyeshadow. I'm attaching a photo, so you can get a better idea. I'm gonna have to squeeze a good amount into a little jar, use it from there, and then continue using from the tube. I hope you consider a redesign of the packaging! Thanks, Ana Somers

Drying not spreadable

I was so very excited to receive the RMS eyeshadow and I bought two colors and I applied my primer for better coverage and longevity you have to work very quickly to apply it, but it dries so fast and uneven courage even with the shadow primer I tried to fix it with a brush, tried to fix it with my finger, decided it was so blotchy that I took it off, returned it so sorry I was thinking it was gonna be wonderful, especially for my aging eyes

The color I saw on model was way different and more beautiful almost like the one I have from Charlotte Tilbury. Didn’t see any great difference
