Choking hazard

The top layer, consisting of the pattern, begins to bubble. This thin plasticy layer is easy to peel off and my young child attempted to eat it. I would say this is about the equivalent of your child getting ahold of a piece of plastic grocery bag. I wouldn't advice purchasing this brand's item.
