Terrible customer service

When I bought this dress i made sure and looked for final sale but nowhere said final sale. The dress is a little big so I wanted to return it for a size large. Macy said it’s final sale. Very disappointed. Will not be purchasing from them after this.

Super cute but runs a little small

I normally wear a medium. However in this dress I needed a large as it is very tight across the chest. For reference I am a 38C and wear a size 10 dress. Love the dress and get lots of compliments when I wear it.

Too tight on top

Purchased a large since I wear a 12, but the top portion was much too tight. I'm 40DDD and typically a large fits.
