The part that holds the heavy heart to the necklace came with a gap so the big heavy heart can easily detach from the necklace and fall off. I guess the manufacture expects buyers to fix their brand new necklace with tools instead of doing it right at the factory. I really loved this necklace but when it comes messed up at two different stores. There is a problem.
