A cute piece of junk!

The "Little Pony Song" is erratic and cuts in and out. The sensor in the ear is about to tear through the material. The legs dangle limply like the horse is lame. If that isn't bad enough, two screws holding the apparatus together actually snapped in half. The rungs of the apparatus were not even to begin with so it did not sit properly on the floor. My grandaughter is 1-year old (25 pounds) and thank goodness was not on it when it broke! Now Macy's expects the receiver (this was a gift for my grandaughter's birthday) to purchase a huge box to ship it back to them because they did not save the original box it arrived in. Humiliating and beyond disappointing. Certainly would not have expected this from Macy's who has now had me on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor for the third day in a row. :-(
