firm but rocky/unstable when using the wheels

I bought this as a gift for a friend who wanted a bag for weekend trips. It is cute and a good price for a duffle on wheels.

Flimsy but I do like the design. I like that the handle can be tucked into his own stow pocket of sorts. The bag itself just seems flimsy. We’ll see though

Horrible carry on bag…it would not stay on its wheels while walking through the airport…bobbled and fell over constantly while I went from gate to gate or shuttle trailers I had to stop continuously to put it back on its wheels which was not only an inconvenience to me but to those walking behind me as I was constantly stopping in front of walking people trying to get to their flight gates.

it looks nice , but the handle is too short, and the wheels not working right. I had a hard time pulling it, so I do not recommend it

Ge wheels are wonky. I used it to travel before I got out of the airport it started rolling on one side. I had to end up carrying it! Defeats the point of a roller bag.

Terrible purchase!!! I didn’t realize that this bag was such poor quality. The wheels don’t roll properly and the bag has scratches and holes because of it. Also, the seam around the zipper is already ripped. All of this happened within two months of me having it and only with a few uses. I am so disappointed that Macys would sell such a defective and poor quality product. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this bag.
