Poor quality

I ordered this item on 3/18/2020 from Macy’s . Due to the pandemic never got to use until this past week for the first time on 5/20/21. The handle broke and one of the support resting beam. That was very disappointing. I would not recommend buying this item from Rockland.

Very cheaply made The handle broke would not go down. Only Carried once had to return

Poorly Made Zippers, Wheels and borders

The zippers are poorly made and have gotten stuck plenty of times since day one. And the wheel has broken off of one of the luggage's after just about 3 travels. The outer bases that protect the corners has also come off with just 3 travels.
