Poor quality

Used the luggage 2 times and the wheels broke off. CS stated that because it was past the 30 days they would not replace the luggage. I'm disappointed that no warranty was offered when purchased.

Poor quality

I ordered this item on 3/18/2020 from Macy’s . Due to the pandemic never got to use until this past week for the first time on 5/20/21. The handle broke and one of the support resting beam. That was very disappointing. I would not recommend buying this item from Rockland.

Poorly Made Zippers, Wheels and borders

The zippers are poorly made and have gotten stuck plenty of times since day one. And the wheel has broken off of one of the luggage's after just about 3 travels. The outer bases that protect the corners has also come off with just 3 travels.
