Rockport Garrett Oxford Shoes

This is one of the most disappointing purchases that I have ever made at Macy's online. The shoes have white marks on the top on both shoes. One of the heels has heavy black marks on the white sole. They appear to have been worn...maybe? I am returning them and probably won't risk ordering another pair.
