Not Lasting

Very comfortable fit, I even purchases a 2nd pair. Unfortunately, they only lasted exactly 3 months. The sole of the boot ripped.

First, let me say that Macy's is one of the best customer service retailers in the market place, both on-line and on-premises. Ordering shoes on-line is somewhat risky for obvious reasons. Macy's removes the apprehension associated with on-line shopping by guaranteeing a smooth returns process; and sure enough, they deliver on this promise. My first order of this shoe was a half size too large. I returned it to one of their local stores where I was helped by very friendly associates. One of the associates mentioned that the shoes were still available on-line in a half size smaller. I took another chance and ordered the new pair with confidence. They arrived and I could not be more satisfied. They fit like custom shoes. Quality is stellar and they look great. Thank you Macy's!
