Wonderful Shoes

These are wonderful shoes. Comfortable and just the right fit. Great to walk in and so comfortable from the moment I put them on.

Fit weird

I really wanted these to work, but fit weird. Straps cut crooked. Had to return

Product is not real leather

The pair of sandals I received are not made of real leather. The strong smell of plastic after I open the box made me very uncomfortable. I returned the product to a local Macy’s.

I ordered silver tone but the one I picked up at store looks more like gold toned, or fading gold

Beware: Not as Advertised

These sandals are ok. I was looking for a pair of silver colored comfort sandals, and I ordered these online. The photo of these sandals both on the Rockport and the Macy’s Web site shows them as being silver. Macy’s description of the color is silver, and Rockport describes the color as metallic. What I received were definitely gold colored sandals. I tried to return them to the store; however, I was told they were a nonreturnable item. I protested that they were not the right color but the clerk said there was nothing she could do. So I am stuck with a pair of sandals in a color I would not have bought. Very disappointed and definitely will not be shopping with Macy’s again.
