not what i expected

The jacket didnt come in a box, therefore it was folded and now has a ton of wrinkles. Also the coat is very thin, not what i expected for the price.

This coat material looks cheaply made

This coat is the only one selling at Macy’s which I find odd because it’s ugly and it’s not a brand , it look so cheap look at the stitchings . Macy’s used to have lots of different opinions
