Horrible Service

I purchased the coat and was sent the wrong item; I requested that a carrier comes and pick up the wrong item because it wasn't fair to ask me to use my gas to return something I never asked for. The carrier wasn't sent but a return label was. I took it to UPS to return, and it's been two weeks with no refund and now I have to spend more money buying my granddaughter another coat. Beware when purchasing 3rd party no one at Macy's acts as if they can assist you!
