Defective glass

I purchased both 8 glasses and 8 wine glasses by Rolf in this pattern. I washed by hand; never putting them in the dish washer. The glass cracked in the middle of the glass on the side (they did not chip); clearly there was a product defect. I have pictures, however the website will not allow me to load them
