Unlike other reviewers, my chain arrived in good condition. I am happy with my purchase. It is smooth and seems well made. I can honestly recommend.

Had to return due to numerous issues

Came with kinks in necklace and can’t fit a charm on it.

Arrived with kink in chain

I was too lazy to return this but chain arrived with kink in it. I would not buy this; cannot recommend. The length was nice though.

Poor quality

This necklace is very thin. This causes at least 3 kinks that will not come out. The silver is also very rough to the touch. I will be sending it back. I am a huge Macy's customer and was truly surprised at the lack of quality.
