The finish is coming off at the top where the metal pump screws in so the top of the bottle always looks dirty.

Terrible quality even for a cheap product.

I would not be able to use it even if it was for free. Terrible quality. Small for a tray and surface is not flat so whatever you put in there flips over. Can't believe the money was wanted for that. I thought I was investing in a good quality product. Returning.

Soap dispenser doesn't work

I've never paid so much for a soap dispenser and I've never had a soap dispenser work so badly. This set looks great, but the dispenser is way too skinny and is constantly getting clogged. It's past when I can return it so I just have two pieces and a mismatched cheap dispenser, but at least I can get soap again. Two stars because it's pretty but if I could give zero stars for the dispenser itself, I would.

Boutique Bathroom Beauties!!

I don't write a lot of reviews so when I go out of my way to do so, it's either a really bad or really awesome product. I bought 3 pieces from this collection, on sale, and they are STUNNING!!!! They are a nice, heavy weight and solid. The manufacturers added little silicone dots to the bottoms so they would sit nicely and not scratch countertops. I am hoping the lotion dispenser will dispense a thick, liquid soap rather than lotion but I see no reason why it wouldn't.

Great feel and weight of product

Love this line of products, we ordered 2 sets for our guest baths and the quality, weight, feel and look is spot on and will last for years. I fully recommend them, they are expensive but worth it - we will have these sets for 20+ years - a good value over time and timeless in their beauty.
