Misled by the description

I've ordered plenty of items from Macy's online and completely satisfied. However I was not satisfied with this purchase I specifically asked and shopped for heels 2/12" to 3", in the description; it clearly stated that they were 3". When they arrived you could see that they were higher, 4". I was not only disappointed about being misled, I was not satisfied with the quality of the shoe by New York & Company. I've never had any problems in the past and I do plan to continue shopping at Macy's. I'll just pay close attention to who is manufacturing the product.

Love the shoe

Great shoe. Love the color in nude. Perfect shoe for an average feet. A little too narrow for my foot.
