Bad quality.
Bad quality. I bought it as a gift for my mother. She is petty and skinning and as soon she stand up the right arm of the sofa broke.
too small
Arm rests were short and the back was not tall enough to comfortably rest head this is based on a 5' 11" person
Poorly constructed broke in less than 2 wks. Contacted customer service, processed refund & was told to return to any Macys. Went to Macys furniture in Wayne NJ & was told I was given wrong info. They don’t accept returns there & they don’t have a box to put it in. Best they could do was print out UPS return label & refund would not be processed until UPS scans label. Said I should know the difference btw shipping & delivery & that’s why I shouldn’t buy furniture on line. I had to go to a moving company to get a box. Company was nice that they called UPS to pick up there instead of me bringing it back home. Will not use Macys again for furniture as it was not clear at time of order that it would come by UPS and also the attitude of the employees at Macys Furniture in Wayne. They could have been more helpful. Some blame is on customer service but that is outsourced and the person who gave me wrong info was just doing his job based on what he was trained to do.

Too little
Well NEVER buy furniture without seeing it or sitting on it. This recliner will look better in my 9y/o Grandson’s bedroom then my living room!
do not buy!
this is junk! Its made for a child. Once in recline, very very difficult to raise back up. Unless you are 4 1/2 feet and under 100 lbs you can tip over easy .
Sorry I bought it without trying it.
I purchased this because our old recliner had to go. This is not for anyone over 5'2" It is also very uncomfortable and hard. Going back to Lazy Boy
