I bought a size down based on reviews. Washed and put in dryer. Literally 2 sizes shrunk

it's a nice shirt but it runs so big I ordered a small and it looked like a large they do not have extra small so I returned it.

I really wanted to like it - soft, long, comfy, nice color, plaid - but that seam a few inches down my arm tugged and made it impossible.
