Shipping Needs Improving

I wanted these for vacation and they came after I left. They took 2 weeks to come via USPS. If this is the service that I can expect from Macy's with shipping, I will not be ordering again, unless I don't need the order for 3 weeks.

Bad shopping experience at Macy's.

The item I ordered was a complete set, but you only sent me the top, not the pants. I told Macy's customer service. Macy's customer service emailed me and said that I had received the order and would not return the goods or refund my money. Super bad review

How can you not check what you send customers, I was sent just the top that is obviously a return because it looks worn and price tag is cut! I’m giving a one star because I have to give something but this is not ok!!!
