Shipping Needs Improving

Bad shopping experience at Macy's.

The item I ordered was a complete set, but you only sent me the top, not the pants. I told Macy's customer service. Macy's customer service emailed me and said that I had received the order and would not return the goods or refund my money. Super bad review

How can you not check what you send customers, I was sent just the top that is obviously a return because it looks worn and price tag is cut! I’m giving a one star because I have to give something but this is not ok!!!
