Ugh

Nice gown, however the customer service rep was rude, aloof, and disingenuous with the entire transaction. I had to interrupt a conversation she was having with another employee to get her to finish my purchase. Oh, the conversation was indeed non related to an immediate work issue. It had something to do with her bad foot.
