Returns

Returned an item a month ago and no refund. Tracking says product was received but no refund has been issued

Got the wrong size

I ordered two packs of underwear, this one with 3 trunks and another with 5 briefs. I ordered size L. What I got, XL. Seems odd that they made a mistake twice, but here I am. I contacted the vendor and they just replied that I should return the product. Not very customer friendly, I would say. I expected them to own their mistake and exchange for the right size. I guess they don't like to do business then. That's it.
