Missing pieces/parts.

Missing parts, the company does not have customer service weekend just week day during my office hours! Imposible to reach out while I’m at work.

Great steamer!

I am in love with the Rowenta clothes steamer! It's strong, durable, and easy to use. It has been a huge help with my clothes, sheets, and curtains. It worked great on more delicate fabrics and the board attachment is a wonderful accessory.

Great steamer!!

Good steamer, only thing is that it did not come with accessories to clip into board- was hard to steam pants and wish the hook comes out a little more to put hanger on to steam shirts instead of using the board that it comes with.

Highly Recommend

This steamer makes life so much easier. I hate ironing and this works wonders for me. It heats up fast and ready to use in less than a minute. The water tank is a nice size. I can iron for about 30 minutes on it. The hanging feature is handy. It’s lightweight and easy to store away.
