Who knew an iron could be awesome?

I’ve been ironing all my life. And yes, I admit I love it. It’s meditative for me. I ordered this iron and I was so sad I hadn’t ordered it years ago. It’s like the light saber in Star Wars! Amazing product. Highly recommend 🩷

Stopped working in 45 days

First time I paid this much for an iron. Worked well for about six weeks then it wouldn't heat up enough to make steam for linen and cotton. The thermostat turned off and on repeatedly. The 30 day return period had passed so I had to send it back to Rowenta.

it does what its supposed to do

even though it's a German brand, it's made in China and there's nothing wrong with it. I wish if the cable was fully braded. I followed the instruction of vertical steam iron feature but it didn't work. It could be me who is doing something wrong. Overall, I like it. Easy fill tank. Just like German cars it requires a little bit extra maintenance.

Macys poor service

This iron was delivered as a used what looks like a previously returned product. I'm not happy and will be returning it promptly. The box was damaged and opened. It wouldn't even close.
