I am enjoying it so far because it does work to get wrinkles out of my clothes, unless I'm dealing with a lot of pleats. I also love the color. However, it feels somewhat cheaply made, and I worry about the longevity. I've had it for about a week or two and sometimes it doesn't turn on when I first switch it on.

steamer Pure Pop

I was using the steamer on Linen curtains.. t went to unplug it an it was hot . tried to unplug it an could not for it had melted on to the plug , had to force it off and the prongs broke

Rowenta hand held steamer

Order was canceled and I was never notified. Called customer service and was told item was no longer available. This was a Christmas present. I'm very disappointed at the lack of communication!!
