Broke apart in less than a month

I purchased this item in January knowing that summer was coming and I needed a nice pair of simple sandles. I started wearing them about a month ago and yesterday, after only 1 month of wearing, the side section that goes into the flat part came out of the side. There is no way to repair and there is no way to get my money back. I would not recommend this pair of shoes as it is very cheaply made and falls apart so quickly.
