Stones fall out

I bought these as they were really cute and perfect for the summer. They are very comfortable when I tried on but I hadn't even worn them and the little stones were falling out- and the stones are a large part of the shoe style. Since I couldn't risk losing more stones and ruining the look of the show they went back.
