The handle of the teapot was broken. No option to exchange due to damage and Macy's is charging me to return the set even though teapot was broken.

The is a lovely set. I once gave this as a wedding gift and wanted to keep the set. Now I have it for myself.

Love this tea set!

I've had this set for many years now. It makes entertaining classy with friends or fun for tea parties with my children. It gets used often. Our tea pot chipped on the inside after it slipped from my hands while washing it in the sink. When I saw it on sale I bought a replacement. This is something I plan to have for many years and will pass along to my children.
