Received different item

Something must be happening in the warehouse with this item, I received a completely different item. Definitely not 2” and not the same quality as displayed in the photos. It also arrived in unlabeled shrink wrap.

Pad Received Was Not Pad Ordered

I received a mattress pad that was not at all what I ordered. This pad did not have 2" gusseted sidewall. In fact, the pad was no more than 1" thick, as you can see from the pictures. Also the label was totally different than a picture in one of the reviews. Returned immediately and will not order from Macy's again!

Wrong item sent

We were shipped a lesser quality mattress pad than the one we ordered.. Same manufacturer, no 2 inch gusset. I am disappointed since we needed it quickly and had to reorder and send this one back. The customer service representative was very apologetic and made the process as easy as possible, which I appreciated. I expect more from Macy’s shipping dept, Hopeful we will receive the correct item this time.

Soft and comfy

I got this to add to my son’s bed. He sleeps on a futon which is not super soft. I wanted to give him to add thickness and softness to it. This fits the futon a little big which is fine. We are able to tuck it in easily. The futon is nice a lot softer to lay on. Really happy with this. I am thinking about getting another one for my daughter’s bed and mine as well.
