Never received

I ordered this in November 2024 and on the 26th it said that it had shipped and then on December 4, it said that damage was reported. I come back to the website and it says it was delivered on the 26th. I contacted fed ex and they told me to get ahold you the sender and that was it. It’s now August 2025 and I am just now remembering about this and I still need my order or a refund

It is light and very comfortable! I love the two different sides, I have the ability to do two different colors schemes. I also like the quilted pattern, that really helps with the material on the inside staying in place when washing!
