Matting bunches up

I’m not sure how this can be listed as machine washable. This is my second one purchased. After being washed, the matting becomes bunched up and it doesn’t lie flat any longer. I like the comfort so I bought another just to see. Unfortunately, I had the same results. Dry clean only!!!

Never received

I ordered this in November 2024 and on the 26th it said that it had shipped and then on December 4, it said that damage was reported. I come back to the website and it says it was delivered on the 26th. I contacted fed ex and they told me to get ahold you the sender and that was it. It’s now August 2025 and I am just now remembering about this and I still need my order or a refund
