Wrong pillows yet again

I don’t know how inept the vendor that supplies these pillows can be. The replacemt pillows they sent me are the identical ones they sent me the first time, which were not the pillows depicted or described on Macy’s website, I’m def returning them yet again and that’s it for me, _I don’t have time to deal with the stupidity, read the other reviews, it honestly appears to be a bait and switch, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PILLOWS, I can guarantee you won’t get the right pillows

Wrong item

I placed an order a few weeks ago and received the wrong item. I called to report the issue and was assured that the correct pillow would be sent within a few days. However, today I received the wrong item again. I’m very disappointed, as I was expecting both pillows to arrive correctly.

Not So Royal

What an experience. First, did not receive Royal Luxe Shredded Memory Pillows. The item was substituted for another product. Interestingly enough, a set of sheets was purchased on the same order. The sheets arrived in a timely manner. Tracking from the shipper suggested the pillows were delivered on the West Coast (San Diego CA); I reside on the East Coast (NY). Queried both Macy’s and shipper. Macy’s resent a set of pillows, not Royal Luxe. As it turns out the substituted pillows are extremely firm, yet they do keep cool. Still on the look out for pillows, just not online from Macy’s.

Not happy

The pillows arrived dirty because of poor packaging for shipping. They have a weird smell that I dislike. Not very happy with purchase!
