Cheap, lightweight!

Disappointed with this purchase! The Comforter was the opposite of what seller described! It’s cheap, lightweight and not worth the money.

They sent the incorrect item twice!?

The item is not as described on the website. No where close to "Heavy weight" at all. And the feel is rough and coarse, like chopped up feathers stuffed in the shell. The brand label "Royal Velvet" is missing on the product. It smells too. The product is sent by St. James Home, not Royal Velvet. I reported the first one for a replacement. They sent the same item again. So much trouble to compress them for returns. I bought them with redeemed gift cards. So now I am stuck with a bunch of Macy's gift cards. But I don't have confidence with Macy's anymore.
