Happy Customer

I had very specific asks with this toiletry bag - something compact, a wire frame opening, and a way to hang it. I was going back and forth in between this bag and another one - I ordered the other one, but it ended up getting lost in transit a couple weeks before Christmas. In a panic and with a prayer, I ordered this Royce bag 13 days before Christmas, and it came on time (with a few days to spare!) My gift recipient ended up liking this bag way more than what I had originally purchased. It was meant to be! Thanks Royce - you’ve made me a very satisfied customer.

No as described/Not tan

Item was not as described. It is more of a medium to dark brown. It is not tan as described in the pictures. I am very disappointed.

Not as pictured

This bag is a pebbled leather with a very chunky silver zipper and big silver pulls. Kind of feminine. Also really smells like glue.

sophisticated and gorgeous and super HQ

I can't say I've been pleasantly surprised with a single online order I've placed since 2020..... but this brand ROYCE truly sets itself apart... the packaging was very HQ but minimalistic and the toiletry bag itself is GORGEOUS: quality craftsmanship and luxurious, black leather with weighted silver hardware - makes an impressive gift!
