My boss has a history of losing his portfolios and I looked all lover the internet for a quality replacement. For his birthday I got him this one, in black with his initials. He just loved it and said it's one of the best gifts he's ever gotten. The added bonus is that now I know where to get them if he loses this one!

Wrong Padfolio Received TWICE
The item states that the color is “Burgundy,” so I had just assumed the picture was a default picture (because it only has one picture on the listing), but I received a dark green/blue colored padfolio instead. After I had chatted with Customer Service, he apologized and ensured I would receive the correct color (burgundy)—only to receive a replacement that was the exact same color as the first! So I called Customer Service and they essentially said that the description is wrong and that the picture is what’s correct. He was going to end the phone call, and I had to be the one to ask how to get a refund. Please get that fixed on the website! I needed the correct one by today, and clearly I won’t have the correct one in time. On top of all that, the Customer Service rep on the phone said that because this is a replacement item, I cannot go into a Macy’s store and return it like I did for the first one and that I’d have to return it at a UPS, so he emailed me a QR code to do so. Overall, terrible experience and will be purchasing a padfolio from another store. Please fix your website description of this product.
