Old and fake

I received a hot pink worn out leather strap with no logo name on it. It’s also dirty brown on the inside. It’s being replaced but very disgusted with my 1st purchase at this store.

I am so happy with this product! I ordered the key chain as a gift and it turned out perfect. The key chain is beautiful and seems to be made well. The free monogram was such a nice touch to make the piece feel personal. Also the packaging it was sent in was perfect! It’s beautiful to look at and to keep, and also was helpful so that I didn’t feel like I had to wrap it myself, which is always nice.
