Arrived broken

The Tool Crock I received was delivered broken, and the shipping support experience was disappointing. I will return this item and place one more order. However, if the replacement also arrives damaged, I will return it and will not reorder again.

Damaged on delivery

Item arrived damaged on delivery. Box did not show signs of damage, appears to have occurred when the item was originally packaged. Now I have to go through an inconvenient return process at the retail store or pay for shipping back to Macys. Don’t intend to reorder the product.
