Fulfillment failure

If zero stars were an option, I would have selected that. I ordered this product on Feb. 8. On Feb. 10 the tracking info on UPS was updated to say UPS created a label but did not have the item. The delivery date was shown as Feb. 16. With no updates since that time, I called on Feb. 16 and was assured the package would be there that day, if not the next. I explained that the UPS site showed they had not received the package, but was informed that they must have failed to update the site and my order would (a sifter) would indeed be delivered yesterday or tomorrow at the latest. The rep also offered to call me the following day to ensure I received my order, which I agreed to and provided my cell. No call and no merch still
