Cute dress, nice fabric, huge sleeves

Dress looks very nice, but needed hemming. I bought a jacket to wear over this, but the sleeves are so huge no jacket will fit. Instead I bought a large scarf.

Too costume-y

In person the sleeves are much bigger - not sure I would have bought it if I’d seen it in the store. Also with the high neckline and giant ruffles at the sleeves I’m not sure what jewelry to wear.
