This train took a little bit to put together, but I finally got it. Definitely make sure to align the wheels because if you don’t then you can’t get the last step on where you connect them all. The instructions are very good and even say to align them, but that’s the only part I had problems with. The kids love it though!

Actually Works
My son loves trains very much. All kinds of trains from ones made from wood to books. He doesn’t have any steam trains. He liked us having to put it together. Once we started, We didn’t stop until we finished. We got it altogether and then he was amazed how the steam works. We kept putting water in just just to watch the steam.

Great steam activity
My son loves putting things together, so this was right up his alley. He is in love with Ryan’s world. I just wish it came with a video because he wanted to watch Ryan put it together at the same time. I think that would definitely be a plus with the toy and it would spark their interest even more. I had no issues with the parts and the instructions were spot on. I would definitely buy again.

Not the greatest
My kids were so exited to open the box and start playing but they didn’t know how to assembled it first, so my wife said that she will help to assemble. It took them hours to assemble. My wife said that its not that easy and plus my little baby lost couple of little items, So make sure when you buy it, no little kids around, somebody knows how to assemble it

My son is 8 and loves to put things together and take them apart to build them so this has been 1 of his favorite toys. It keeps him busy The quality is very well made. It would make a great gift for a girl or boy

Adorable DIY Steam Engine
My grand children are fans of Ryan's World. They were excited when I got the Ryan's Lab DIY Steam Machine. This DIY is neat. It helps them with building skills, thinking skills, and to be creative. They love trains and the sound it makes. This DIY Model Steam Engine has motion, lights, and sound. What child would live that. I think it is great. The train has glowing coals and boiler. It keeps the children busy for a while.
