My favorite gym shoes

These have been my favorite work out/gym shoes for a while now and I don’t look forward to finding a new one when these are discontinued. I judge shoes by how little I notice them and my feet (no pain or instability) during and after a workout and these have been awesome. The shoes’ pivot point is great for kickboxing, HIIT, and Zumba workouts and they’ve been supportive for weight training without seeming too cushioned/high. I’m on my 6th pair and would stick to these forever if they were available.

Caution

Unfortunately for me these shoes feel like cardboard. They are extremely uncomfortable. They hurt my heel and the bottom of my feet. I really wish I would have never purchased them because now I’m stuck with them.

Best dance training sneakers

Finally can review after making sure the shoes were comfortable. They are great, can't wait to try them at my next zumba class. Your Ryka training sneakers have been my go to shoes for Zumba for 15+ years. They are always comfortable. Love that you have the turn spot. Thank you for helping me dance away. Toe box is way too wide..uncomfortable shoe

I have worn Ryka for years and appreciate the fit and support in frequent Jazzercise classes. These were recommended and described as good for aerobic exercise, however, they were unwearable for me. The normally narrow last is wide in this shoe and the toe box is uncomfortably wide..almost like wearing a clown shoe. I wore them so cant return, but I am extremely disappointed. My feet hurt after the first wear. I would return if I could.

Great for Jazzercise!

I have two pairs of these shoes and so far, they’re my favorite for when I teach Jazzercise. They are supportive for both the dance and stength training pieces of my workout. I highly recommend these for cross training!
